The Embodied Edge is a one-on-one coaching experience that teaches you to lead from the inside out. Through body-based awareness, nervous system regulation, and emotional intelligence, you’ll learn how to show up with clarity, responsiveness, and authority—without over-effort or disconnection from yourself.
 

This isn’t about charisma or control. It’s about becoming present by intent—not by default—and learning how to embody your leadership in every interaction, moment, and challenge.

• 6-Month Program: 12 one-on-one coaching sessions (60 minutes, twice per month).

• 3-month “Intensive” Program: 12 one-on-one coaching sessions (60 minutes, once per week).
