Our emotional, mental and behavioral patterns are often stored in the body. Through inquiry, somatic movement and awareness exercises, I guide clients to become more attuned to bodily sensations—such as tension, tightness, or discomfort—which may reflect deeper emotional states or unresolved issues. Through this awareness, clients can unlock new insights, release blockages, and foster healthier emotional responses, promoting sustainable personal growth.
